About Anne Kinyanjui

Anne Kinyanjui is the partner in-charge of the real estate and finance practice group at DLA Piper. She has over 18 years of post-admission experience and is an expert in finance and real estate matters. Anne represents both local and international clients in high-value and complex transactions, including syndicated finance, assisting financiers with reviewing their bank loan and security templates, advising on structuring real estate transactions, due diligence and generally advising clients on legal issues arising from real estate transactions. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya.
