is a professor of public law at the School of Law, University of Nairobi, and a senior partner at Mohammed Muigai LLP. He has broad international and domestic experience in dispute resolution, having represented Kenya as the Attorney General before the International Criminal Court at the Hague, and served as a member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration at the Hague and the Vice President of the African User’s Council for the London Court of International Arbitration. He has also represented numerous parties before the Supreme Court of Kenya, the Supreme Court of Uganda and other regional litigation and dispute resolution fora. He was conferred the rank of Senior Counsel by the President of the Republic of Kenya, and is widely regarded in the legal community as an exemplary litigator and outstanding counsel.
