She has been part of several notable matters, such as representing a Canadian-based energy company as co-counsel in the ICSID proceedings brought against the government of Kenya in respect of the unlawful revocation of the company’s geothermal licence worth USD312.7 million. Eva is a member of the East African Law Society and the Law Society of Kenya. She has also helped author several arbitration articles.
