Noella Lubano is a partner at Oraro & Company Advocates and a recognised dispute resolution and arbitration expert. With more than 15 years of experience, she specialises in the tracing and recovery of assets, commercial litigation, and shareholder disputes, yet is also well regarded for her international arbitration and insolvency and restructuring expertise. Noella contributes a wealth of leadership knowledge and experience and has handled various insolvency cases including representing various leading banks in insolvency proceedings against some of the largest companies in East Africa and has also represented the Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation in its role as receiver and liquidator of various collapsed banks.
