is a legal assistant at the firm who works largely in the Dispute Resolution Department. He has been involved in complex litigation and arbitration disputes, particularly in the commercial and construction sectors. Kamara is an avid researcher, with an increasing wealth of knowledge in arbitration, insolvency, construction, energy and data protection. He was part of the task force that drafted the Privacy and Data Protection Policy and Bill in Kenya. He was also involved in preparing a Desk Study for UNEP on wood fuel-biomass production and utilisation in Africa.
