About Paul Kamara

Paul Kamara is a senior associate in the litigation department at Oraro & Company Advocates, specialising in arbitration, insolvency and dispute resolution. He advises local and international clients on arbitration, mediation, dispute resolution, banking, commercial litigation, and insolvency. Paul is involved in three notable arbitration disputes in the construction and procurement sectors and advises statutory regulators and a government corporation in High Court and tribunal suits. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi and a post-graduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law.
