About Joris De Vos

Joris De Vos is a partner in Dentons’ Brussels office. He established and leads the office’s restructuring and litigation and dispute resolution practices, with notable experience in white-collar and corporate criminal cases. Joris is a litigator with over 25 years of experience representing domestic and international companies, shareholders and managing directors in (white-collar crime related) dispute resolution. His work includes, beside white-collar crime proceedings, post-acquisition litigation, D&O liability matters, insolvency-related cases and real estate disputes. He appears before civil and criminal courts at all levels, as well as before arbitral tribunals in Belgium and abroad.
