Nicoleta Tuominen heads Dentons Europe LLP EU litigation practice, having litigated over 80 cases before the General Court and the Court of Justice of the EU, where she represented the Council of the European Union on anti-dumping and anti-subsidies matters, and other clients in proceedings involving EU sanctions delistings, IP rights, competition law, financial sanctions, customs, and actions for damages.
