About Thomas Naenen

Thomas Naenen is an associate in the litigation and dispute resolution practice in Dentons’ Brussels office, with a particular focus on white-collar crime. He advises authorities as well as national and multinational companies on contentious and non-contentious matters, including corporate disputes, insolvency, fraud and asset recovery, often in a cross-border context. Before joining Dentons, Thomas worked at an independent Belgian law firm in Brussels, where he specialised in white-collar crime and fraud. He won first prize in the Brussels Bar’s VPG pleading competition in 2025 and currently serves as President of the Trainee Lawyer Association of the Brussels Bar (Jong Advocaten Brussel).
