Xiaoyi has more than 20 years’ working experience in advising international clients on trade, competition, sanctions, government affairs and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He specialises in international trade remedy laws, WTO agreements and investment incentive regulations. He combines his legal knowledge with industrial policy dynamics to offer clients practical and strategic solutions. He is particularly well recognised in anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard proceedings, having successfully represented clients in high-profile trade remedy cases initiated all over the world, involving both industrial and renewable energy products.
