Jonathan Kiwana
is a senior associate with the AF Mpanga Banking and Finance team and has nine years of experience. He is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society, where he sits on the Business and Human Rights Committee. He is keen on matters of ESG, compliance and investigations. He has advised and assisted boards and senior management of leading commercial banks in the region deal with matters of regulatory compliance, fraud investigations and sustainability.
