About Alastair Collett

Alastair Collett has been head of BDB Pitmans’ private wealth team since 1 January 2020 and the individuals department since May 2022. He advises individuals and trustees on UK and international trust and estate planning where individuals, families and trustees are seeking to preserve assets and transmit wealth, whether newly created or inherited and from one generation to another. Alastair also advises on UK immigration and nationality matters and assists investors seeking to come to the UK. He is on the Court of the City of London Solicitors Company and is a member of the Charity Law Association.
