About Judith Millar

Judith Millar currently leads BDB Pitmans’ private wealth international team. She specialises in UK and international trust and estate planning. Her advice often focuses on ways in which trusts may be restructured to benefit different generations and on the implications of changes in tax treatment. Judith also acts for non-UK domiciled individuals who are UK resident, thinking of coming to or leaving the UK, and who require advice on domicile and residence issues. Working in tandem with foreign lawyers, she is experienced in cross-border succession planning. She acts as trustee of various family trusts and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
