About Wei Jiang

Wei Jiang is the head of Guantao Law Firm’s energy and infrastructure practice group. He specialises in projects and infrastructure, construction, and taxation – with a particular focus on the energy sector. Wei advises on a large number of engineering, procurement and construction projects, M&A deals and overseas investment for clients including Energy China, China Petroleum Engineering and Construction, SDIC Power, Changzheng Engineering, Sinopec and China National Offshore Oil Corp. His recent representative establishments include the 1,200 MW thermal power plant Hai Duong, the Longquanshan waste-to-energy project, a pilot solar-plus-concentrated solar power mega-hub project in Gansu, and numerous solar and wind projects.
