About Mario Garfias

Mario Garfias is a senior associate in the consumer and advertising practice area at FerradaNehme, focusing his practice on preventive advice to different companies on aspects related to consumer protection regulations and litigation on the same matter. He graduated from the Universidad Diego Portales (UDP) and has an MA in Civil Law from UDP. In addition, he obtained a Diploma in Competition Law and Policy from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a Diploma in National and International Commercial Arbitration from the Universidad de Chile.
