About Nicolás Ubilla

Nicolás Ubilla is head of the litigation practice group at FerradaNehme. His professional experience is mainly focused on civil and commercial litigation as well as arbitration and mediation. Nicolás has been a civil law professor at the University of Chile for more than five years. In addition, he has written several books and articles related to unfair competition and consumer law. He continually strives to bridge the gap between academic scholarship and professional practice. Nicolás holds an MA in Private Law from the Universidad de Chile, and is a member of the Young Referees index of the Arbitration and Mediation Center.
