About Guillermo Aguayo Garza

Guillermo Aguayo Garza provides tax advice to clients on cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganisations. He also advises clients on tax matters related to all types of financing transactions and securities offerings, in addition to representing clients in tax audits, disputes and negotiations with tax authorities, customs and foreign trade issues. Guillermo has led or co-led a variety of tax work in numerous sectors, including infrastructure, construction and transport, energy and natural resources, financial services and technology. Before joining DLA Piper, Guillermo was a partner and practice head in Mexico for a global law firm with a presence in Mexico.
