About Caro Van den Broeck

Caro Van den Broeck is an associate and knowledge manager in the banking and finance team in Loyens & Loeff's Brussels office. She is also a member of the restructuring and insolvency team and the firmwide ESG focus group. Caro advises various stakeholders, such as lenders, bondholders, shareholders, distressed companies and their management, on various aspects of restructuring, (pre-)insolvency, enforcement, distressed finance and directors' liability.
