Aldo Engels is a counsel in Loyens & Loeff’s Brussels office and advises on corporate tax law and international tax law. He is an expert on transfer pricing, negotiating with tax authorities and dispute resolution, providing strategic advice. Aldo has a special interest in the tax aspects of financing transactions, including structured finance, syndicated loans, factoring/securitisations and capital markets transactions.
