About Sarah Libregts
Sarah Libregts
is a senior associate in Loyens & Loeff's Belgian banking and finance team, and a member of the Benelux debt capital markets team. She advises financial institutions and corporate clients in a broad range of domestic and international financing transactions. Sarah has a particular focus on asset-based and private structured finance transactions, including securitisations and asset-based transactions. She also has extensive experience in capital markets transactions, with an interest in sustainable debt instruments.
