Valerie Schraemli is an associate of the corporate/M&A practice group in Loyens & Loeff’s Zurich and London offices. She focuses on cross-border M&A and capital market transactions as well as corporate reorganisations and restructurings. She is also a member of the ESG focus group and has specialised in corporate matters relating to compliance with ESG (environmental, social, and governance) requirements. Valerie advises clients active in the technology sector, including medtech, computer software/services, mobile gaming, electronic supplies, and automotive companies.
