Alexandra Clynes advises on Cayman Islands corporate transactions, including series equity finance, asset and structured finance, debt and equity capital markets, restructuring and corporate governance, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, stock market listings and shareholder agreements. She also advises clients on a range of finance matters, including general secured lending, asset finance (commercial shipping and aviation, superyachts and private aircraft), structured finance (including CLOs), subscription finance, acting for cross-border banks in large debt financing deals, in addition to regulatory matters, including trade and business licensing, bank and trust company licensing and the regulatory and compliance implications of various types of transactions and licences.
