About Sam Keogh

Sam Keogh is a senior associate in the litigation, insolvency and restructuring group at Campbells, based in the Cayman Islands office. He has significant regulatory experience, including in relation to the Cayman Islands sanctions regime. Sam has been heavily involved in the firm's economic sanctions and regulatory practice, in particular advising a number of clients in relation to sanctions imposed following the Russian invasion of Ukraine and related sanctions licence applications. Sam’s other regulatory experience includes AML/CTF regulatory proceedings, financial services regulatory proceedings, investigations into international corruption and bribery allegations, and advising on regulatory audits, investigations and document production notices.
