About Vik Tang

Vik Tang is a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer on long-term secondment to Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung. He heads our Indonesia corporate practice and focuses on cross-border M&A, with extensive experience in the financial services, fintech, TMT and real estate sectors. He specialises in public and private M&A, private equity and joint ventures, and has broad experience in cross-border transactions involving the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, with particular specialisation in Indonesia. Vik is fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and has a good working knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written).
