About Emmanuel Abraye

Emmanuel Abraye is a senior associate within the Labour & Employment practice group at ǼLEX. Emmanuel frequently represents employers and employees in labour and employment litigation at the National Industrial Court of Nigeria and the Nigerian Court of Appeal, as well as the Africa Union Administrative Tribunal. His disputes experience encompasses cases regarding wrongful termination, severance pay/exit benefits, harassment, victimisation, redundancies, union rights, labour union elections and occupational injuries, among others, successfully instituting, prosecuting and/or defending claims on behalf of corporates and individuals. Emmanuel is a member of the NBA-SBL’s Employment and Industrial Relations Committee.
