About Onyinyechi Chima

Onyinyechi Chima is a senior associate in ǼLEX’s corporate and commercial, and mergers and acquisitions practice groups. She has garnered extensive experience from advising a broad range of clients, including development finance institutions, private equity firms and other domestic and international companies, on a host of share and asset acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring transactions. Onyinyechi is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) and the International Bar Association.
