Lazarus Uwa Kalu is a senior associate in the technology, media and telecommunications practice group at ǼLEX. He has extensive experience advising a diverse range of clients on data protection and privacy, cybersecurity breaches, advertising and marketing communications, telecommunications and consumer protection. He is currently advising a subsidiary of a multinational payments services company providing data anonymisation services on data protection issues related to extending its services to Nigeria. He is a member of the International Bar Association and the Nigerian Bar Association.
