Nenjom Asuk is a member of ǼLEX’s TMT and intellectual property practice groups. She advises technology and telecommunications companies on regulatory compliance, corporate structure, licensing requirements, data protection and intellectual property protection. She has extensive cross-border experience assisting multinational and local companies with a broad range of IP issues including copyrights and trade mark licensing, franchising, patent registrability, trade marks and copyright advisory. She regularly provides legal support to startups during their fund-raising rounds and conducts data protection compliance audits.
