About Tiwalola Osazuwa

Tiwalola Osazuwa is a partner at ǼLEX where she heads the firm’s technology, media and telecommunications practice group. She has significant experience representing and advising clients on fundraising, regulatory compliance, consumer protection and trans-border issues relating to information technology, payments, e-commerce, financial technology, data protection, digital assets and blockchain technology. She led the teams that advised Google, Mastercard, Multichoice and Amazon on various issues relating to their operations in Nigeria. She is a member of the International Law Section and Business Law Group of the American Bar Association. She also serves as the General Secretary of the Fintech Association of Nigeria.
