Ugonna Ogbuagu is a partner at ǼLEX specialising in dispute resolution, labour and employment, and tax disputes. He advises on labour and employment issues in sectors such as healthcare, infrastructure, FMCG, insurance and industrial. He supports workplace audits and compliance, particularly for multinationals, and assists foreign clients with Nigerian immigration procedures. Ugonna has extensive experience in employment litigation. He is the secretary of the NBA-SBL’s Employment and Industrial Relations Committee and a member of the IBA’s Employment and Industrial Relations Law Committee.
