About Asamah Kadiri SAN

Asamah Kadiri SAN is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, the highest rank of distinction in the Nigerian legal profession. He is a lead partner in Jackson, Etti & Edu’s litigation and dispute resolution practice group. He has vast experience and expertise in the practice of general commercial litigation, arbitration and ADR. He has acted as lead counsel to a wide range of clients in complex, multi-faceted commercial disputes involving litigation and arbitration, cutting across several sectors. He is also a practising arbitrator and mediator and has presided over several institutional and ad hoc arbitral tribunals and mediation sessions. Asamah holds several educational and professional qualifications.
