About Oloruntobi Opawoye

Oloruntobi Opawoye is a senior associate at Jackson, Etti & Edu and deputy head of the health and pharmaceuticals team. She combines in-depth knowledge of the law with diplomatic skills so that disputes reach a swift and respectful conclusion. She advises a wide range of health and pharmaceutical organisations on various aspects of their businesses, including ethics, debt recovery, arbitration and IP protection, as well as enforcement, regulation and compliance. Oloruntobi is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and provides advice to the Medical Ethics Board of a hospital chain.
