About Toyosi Odunmbaku

Toyosi Odunmbaku is a partner at Jackson, Etti & Edu, where he co-heads the health and pharmaceuticals team. He advises on a wide range of health and pharmaceutical projects in Nigeria, including the procurement, importation and distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical devices. He is a specialist in IP litigation and has acted in trade mark, design and patent litigation involving pharmaceutical manufacturers and brand owners. Toyosi is also responsible for co-ordinating enforcement actions against counterfeiters, which is at the very heart of ensuring medical and pharmaceutical products are safe for use.
