About Yeye Nwidaa

Yeye Nwidaa is a partner at Jackson, Etti & Edu and is a chartered secretary, a governance specialist and a member of the Chartered Governance Institute of the United Kingdom (ICSA). She heads JEE’s business regulatory, compliance and governance practice, where she provides legal advisory services to foreign investors and local companies with regard to founding and running businesses in Nigeria. Yeye has been offered company secretary roles in several pharmaceutical companies in Nigeria. Her experience includes international commercial arbitration, IP rights enforcement, commercial litigation, payroll management and general commercial legal advisory.
