Yeye Nwidaa is head of the regulatory, compliance and governance department at Jackson, Etti & Edu, and co-head of the technology, media and entertainment sector. She holds a master’s degree in Regulation and Compliance from Queen Mary University of London and is a Chartered Secretary and Governance Specialist and a member of the UK’s Chartered Governance Institute, Yeye advises on corporate governance, listing requirements, disclosure rules for public companies, and sector-specific regulations and licensing. She also provides company secretarial services to both public and private sector clients in Nigeria.
