About Eleanor Gu

Eleanor Gu joined JT&N in 2020. She is admitted to practice in the PRC, and focuses her practice on the establishment, M&A transactions and day-to-day compliance of insurance institutions, insurance fund investments and foreign direct investments. She has assisted the team with providing a full range of legal consulting services for a number of world-renowned foreign and Chinese insurance institutions, including due diligence, transaction document drafting, negotiation, etc.
