About Fei Ye

Fei Ye is a senior partner of JT&N, director of the Nanjing Office, vice chairman of the Intermediary Organisation Practitioners Branch of Jiangsu New Social Stratum Association, deputy director of the Social and Legal Affairs Committee of Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the China Democratic Construction Association, and member of the Twelfth Committee of Jiangsu Provincial Youth Federation. Mr Ye handles legal matters regarding corporate governance, private equity investment, securities and capital markets, infrastructure investment construction, and has been awarded a number of provincial, national and international honours and awards for his excellent legal service ability and influence in his practice areas.
