Mr Fu has represented numerous domestic and foreign enterprises in international trade remedy cases such as anti-dumping investigation, countervailing investigation, safeguard measures initiated by the Chinese Government and other WTO members. He has acted as legal counsel in various transnational merger and acquisition transactions in industries including mineral resources, real estate, IT, machinery manufacturing, food and beverage, and automobile. He is a senior partner at the firm, an expert member of Shenzhen WTO Research Centre and a member of the International Trade and WTO Law Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association.
