About Qionglin Yan

Qionglin Yan is a senior associate of JT&N, and a member of the Financial Law Committee and the M&A Law Committee of the Nanjing Lawyers Association. She possesses qualifications for securities practice and fund practice. Since the beginning of her legal career, Ms Yan has been engaged in financial legal services and various corporate compliance services, specialising in corporate governance, equity acquisitions, various financing instruments, and asset securitisation. She is the perennial counsellor-at-law of major state-owned enterprises, futures companies, banks, and other financial institutions, and has handled a large number of legal affairs related to investment and financing businesses.
