About Yingchuan Chen

Yingchuan Chen primarily focuses on corporate and tax compliance, with a particular emphasis on export and import tax, investment and financing, as well as trade and dispute resolution. He has served many Fortune 500 companies and listed companies. He has participated in a number of national research projects and won a number of national awards. He is now a member of the Fiscal and Taxation Law Research Society of the Chinese Law Society, a member of the Fiscal and Taxation Practice Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, and serves as a practice mentor at Fudan University Law School.
