About Yingchuan Chen

Yingchuan Chen is mainly engaged in corporate and tax compliance at Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm (especially export and import tax), as well as investment and financing, trade and dispute resolution and has served many Fortune 500 companies and listed companies. His speciality is designing the most feasible tax cost control and compliance plans in various complex transactions. Yingchuan Chen has participated in a number of national research projects and won a number of national awards. He is a member of the Fiscal and Taxation Law Research Society of the Chinese Law Society, a member of the Fiscal and Taxation Practice Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, and a practice mentor at Fudan University Law School.
