Yujie Liu graduated from Zhejiang University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She joined JT&N in 2021 and has the professional qualification of lawyer. Her professional fields include tax, corporate, investment and financing and other legal fields. Yujie Liu mainly provides tax-related business consultation, tax-related litigation and other legal services for clients. In addition, Yujie Liu also has extensive experience in general corporate business, and investment and financing business.
