Andhika Willy Wardhana
is an associate in AHP’s Competition/Antitrust, Consumer and Trade practice, bringing a strong foundation in economics and regulatory policy. Prior to joining the firm, he spent over 12 years at the Indonesian Competition Commission (KPPU), where he gained extensive experience in investigations, including cartel cases, as well as merger control and market analysis. He also contributed to developing analytical frameworks for assessing complex market conduct. Andhika advises on merger control, abuse of dominance and competition compliance, and supports clients on KPPU filings, cartel assessments and competition risk across a range of business arrangements.
