About Alvin Sukmana Ambardy

Alvin Sukmana Ambardy is a senior associate at AHP specialising in dispute resolution, including domestic and international arbitrations under SIAC, ICC, and UNCITRAL. He defends clients against annulment petitions and setting-aside arbitration awards in Indonesian courts. Alvin also advises on insolvency, government contracts, and compliance with Indonesian anti-corruption and anti-money laundering laws. In 2022, he earned an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania with a full scholarship from LPDP and received the Wharton Business & Law Certificate from The Wharton School.
