About Berla Wahyu Pratama

Berla Wahyu Pratama is a senior associate in the competition and antitrust practice group at AHP. He has impressive experience from six years as an investigator and litigator at the KPPU, where he handled various competition cases dealing with cartels, abuse of dominant position, monopoly practices, M&A, bid-rigging, and exclusive arrangements. Berla contributes to AHP’s competition and antitrust team developing strategies to deal with investigation and litigation processes under the KPPU. He also has extensive experience in public procurement, advising and representing contracting authorities and tender participants in numerous procurement matters.
