About Eri Hertiawan

Eri Hertiawan co-heads AHP’s dispute resolution practice. He is a seasoned litigator in commercial disputes, alternative dispute resolution, aviation, and shipping law. As the first and only Indonesian advocate in the SIAC Court of Arbitration and a member of the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre, he is among the world’s top arbitration specialists. Eri holds double accreditation as a mediator from Indonesia’s National Mediation Center and the UK’s Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution. He handles high-profile construction, tort, corporate/banking, antitrust, and criminal cases and has appeared in numerous domestic and international arbitral proceedings, including UNCITRAL, ICC, SIAC, LCIA, CAS, LAPS SJK, BAKI, PMN, and BANI.
