About Farid Fauzi Nasution

Farid Fauzi Nasution is a partner in AHP’s competition practice group. He previously held a senior position at the KPPU for over seven years as head of the prosecution division, and then of the M&A sub-directorate. At the KPPU, he led the drafting of the Indonesian Merger Regulation. Farid has acted for many prominent clients in public procurement matters, including as an expert consultant for government and private entities to assist with their procurement process. He has experience in industries including telecoms, automotive, energy and mining, oil and gas, banking and finance, and insurance. Farid is also an experienced practitioner in trade law.
