Farid Fauzi Nasution
is a partner at AHP and co-head of the Competition/Antitrust, Consumer and Trade practice. He advises leading clients on merger control, cartel investigations, competition litigation and compliance across sectors including telecommunications, energy and financial services. Prior to joining AHP, Farid spent over seven years at the Indonesian Competition Commission (KPPU), where he served as head of the Prosecution Division and later head of the M&A Sub-Directorate. He also led the drafting of Indonesia’s merger regulation and the first KPPU merger guidelines, bringing deep regulatory insight to complex and high-profile competition matters.
