About Heru Pamungkas

Heru Pamungkas is a partner and the co-head of AHP’s Surabaya office and the real estate practice, and specialises in real estate and corporate governance. Before joining AHP in 2012, Heru worked at a renowned law firm in Jakarta, and has accumulated substantial experience in representing multinational companies in land and real estate-related disputes, criminal, arbitration and civil law cases involving corruption, anti-monopoly issues and shareholder disputes. He is also skilled in providing legal opinions on corporate action plans, regulatory compliance and conducting legal document research. Clients appreciate that he is approachable and provides comprehensive legal insight.
