About Rikrik Rizkiyana

Rikrik Rizkiyana is a partner in AHP’s competition practice group. He has been significantly involved in competition law for over 20 years, has been instrumental in drafting Indonesia’s consumer and competition laws, and is an authority in the competition field. Before joining AHP, Rikrik worked in the government sector as an expert in consumer protection legislation, handling various competition matters on cartels and bid-rigging investigations. Rikrik is also a member of the Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA), a member of the antitrust and international antitrust section at the American Bar Association, and treasurer of the ASEAN Competition Institute.
