About Constant Kimou

Constant Kimou specialises in energy law, in particular the financing of energy projects. He also advises on corporate law, public procurement law, environmental law, labour law, and civil and commercial litigation. His current practice in business law at Bilé-Aka, Brizoua-Bi and Associés allows him to help clients anticipate litigation during the negotiation and drafting of contracts. Constant is a member of AIPN (Association of International Petroleum Negotiators). Outside energy law, his other core competencies include environmental law, private business law and project financing. Constant was admitted to the Ivorian Bar in 2001.
