About Michel Brizoua-Bi

Michel Brizoua-Bi is a name partner, manager and co-founder of Bilé-Aka, Brizoua-Bi & Associés. His major areas of expertise are international investments and contractual negotiations, corporate law and governance, public business law and project financing. Michel is an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is founder and First President of Africa Business Law Firm Association (2015–18). Since 2018, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stanbic Bank Côte d’Ivoire, a subsidiary of Standard Bank of South Africa. Within the General Confederation of Côte d’Ivoire Businesses (Patronat), he chairs the “Governance, Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility” Commission.
