graduated from the National Law School, Bangalore in 2000 and is also a member of the Law Society of England and Wales. Prior to joining Platinum Partners, Ankit was a partner with an established Indian law firm for over ten years, founding and heading that firm's Bangalore office. Ankit now heads the Mumbai office of Platinum Partners. His practice covers domestic and international M&A, private equity, fund formation and other corporate matters. Over the years, Ankit has represented numerous multinational corporations, private equity firms and other corporate clients including 3i, Blackstone, Capital International, CX Partners, Chryscapital, Green Infra, Hewlett Packard, IBM India and Manipal Group, among others.
