About Carlos Reverter

Carlos Reverter is a senior associate in the Corporate/M&A practice of Deloitte Legal in Vigo. He has advised for over 12 years on M&A transactions. Carlos has provided legal advice on corporate and commercial law, restructuring, M&A and due diligence processes. He has also provided advice and led legal management in criminal proceedings, with special dedication to economic and corporate crimes. Carlos holds a degree in Law and a diploma in Business Studies from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, completed an Executive Course in Business Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and is certified as an Expert in Compliance by the IEB. Carlos is a member of the Vigo Bar Association.
